How to Use Essential Oils (Safely + Soulfully)
The Recipe (250ml Foaming Bottle)
Ingredients:
125ml Kangen Beauty Water (6.0 pH)
60ml Liquid Castile Soap (unscented)
1 tbsp Jojoba Oil
1 tsp Castor Oil
10 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
8 drops MetaPWR Essential Oil Blend
Optional: 1/2 tsp Vegetable Glycerin
Method:
Add the jojoba oil, castor oil, and essential oils to your clean foaming bottle.
Pour in the liquid Castile soap.
Slowly top up with Kangen Beauty Water to avoid bubbles.
Add the glycerin if using.
Seal the bottle and gently swirl to combine. Do not shake.
How to Use
Pump once or twice into your hands, washcloth, or loofah. Inhale the aroma, cleanse mindfully, and rinse. Let it be a full-body affirmation of radiance and self-love.
Ritual Tip:
Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to the shower floor (away from the direct water stream) to turn your bathroom into a spa-like sanctuary.
