For any item/s received damaged, we must be notified within 14 days of delivery via email to hello@pennettie.com with your order number, photographs and descriptions of the alleged damage as soon as it arrives.

We reserve the right to refuse or accept the return of any product. Furthermore we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order. 

If you are eligible for a product replacement, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. The item should be returned before replacement is issued. Please email us beforehand
